the studio

It builds the whole thing — then runs the business.

A non-technical owner describes their business in a few sentences. The Studio turns that into a themed, customisable multi-page website with bespoke generative art and a governed assistant — and then it operates the place: taking bookings against a live calendar, a deposit at checkout, and edits made by simply chatting to the site. It answers on web and Telegram (WhatsApp built, pending Meta), and walks the owner through going live. Everything on this site, pulled together into one product.

Real, live sites it generated.

Each card is a real, live site PANTHEON built from a few sentences: themed, with its own generative art and a working assistant. Different trades, different looks, one substrate.

it doesn't just build the site — it runs the business

A site is the start. It also takes the bookings and the money.

The Studio doesn't hand over a brochure and leave. The same governed assistant operates the business — inside the same isolation, approval and metering guarantees as everything else.

Takes real bookings — with a deposit

A guest books against a live calendar and pays a deposit into the owner's own payment account at checkout. Double-booking is closed at the database with an atomic lock — the one thing a direct-booking site can't afford to get wrong.

Keeps the calendar honest

Airbnb, Booking.com, a Google Calendar — their feeds are unioned into one truth, so a booking on one blocks the dates everywhere. A broken feed is refused, never allowed to silently free a sold date.

Edit it by chatting to it

"Make the hero warmer, add a dog-friendly note, raise the deposit to 30%." The owner changes the live site by talking to it — every edit a validated, governed write, and every change one-click undoable from a revision ledger.

Catches the leads

An enquiry from the site or a channel becomes a drafted reply the owner approves — then it goes back out over the same channel the customer used. Nothing sent on the customer's behalf without a human's nod.

live art engine

Every business it builds gets its own art — live, animated, yours to tune.

Free, instant, deterministic from the name — no stock photos, no image generation. Type a business, pick a style and mood, reshuffle for a new take. Real-time noise-driven art, the same engine that paints this site's hero.

art as a tool · governed

One line → a whole campaign.

This is the assistant's poster tool, as a button. Type a business and an occasion; PANTHEON renders an on-brand set — feed square, 9:16 story, email banner — each bespoke generative art, free and instant. Download any of them.

mood
owner-tuned · generator-guaranteed

The owner customises. The generator keeps the guarantees.

Colour, fonts, layout, theme, mood, which sections show and when — the owner picks; the generator validates every choice, so a site can't be pushed into broken contrast, an XSS hole, or a broken mobile layout. Governance isn't just for the assistant — it covers the design too.

Pick, don't break

Pick a brand colour and it gets contrast-corrected. Reorder the layout and the hero and call-to-action stay pinned. Swap a font and you're still on the self-hosted, GDPR-safe set. Every knob is a validated write, never a freeform editor.

One resident, every surface

The same governed assistant answers on the website and Telegram — tenant-isolated and metered identically. WhatsApp is built and wired too, pending Meta approval. This site's own resident is live on Telegram at @Panthe0nbot.

Undo anything

Every change — by chat or by panel — lands in a revision ledger with one-click undo. The owner is never one wrong tap from a broken site.

the builder

One substrate built everything on this page.

The sites, the art, the assistants, the bookings — one governed spine underneath. If you want that pointed at your product, let's talk.
