plain terms, one page
Terms of service
Early software built by one person, offered honestly. Your content stays yours, your customers' money never touches my account, and nothing here removes a right you have under UK consumer law.
Last updated 20 September 2026. Plain terms for a small service run by one person. Nothing here removes a right you have under UK consumer law.
Who you are dealing with
PANTHEON Labs, a sole trader based in Cardiff, United Kingdom. Contact: isaac@pantheonlabs.co.uk. These terms cover this website and the Studio at pantheonlabs.info.
What the service is
PANTHEON builds and runs an AI assistant and a website for a small business. You describe your business, it builds a site and an assistant, and the assistant can answer questions, take enquiries and, where you connect a payment provider, take a deposit.
It is early software, built and maintained by one person. It is offered as it is. I do not promise it will be available at any particular time, and I do not offer a service-level guarantee.
Your account and your content
You keep ownership of everything you put in: your business details, your photos, your text. You grant me only the permission needed to host it, show it to your visitors and back it up.
You are responsible for what you publish through it, that it is accurate, that you have the right to use the images, and that it complies with the law. Do not use the service to break the law, to impersonate someone, to send unsolicited marketing, or to attempt to reach another tenant's data.
Save your work by claiming your site with an email address. Sites that are never claimed are deleted after 30 days, and unclaimed demo content should not be treated as storage.
What the assistant says
The assistant generates its answers. It is constrained to your information and is built to refuse rather than invent, but it is not infallible, and a generated answer is not professional advice. Check anything that matters before you rely on it, particularly prices, availability and dates.
If the assistant says something wrong on your behalf, tell me and I will fix it. The published audit history is what that process looks like.
Payments and deposits
Where you connect a payment provider, money moves between your customer and your account at that provider. I do not hold your money and I never see or store card numbers.
Refunds to your customers are yours to make, under your own booking terms, through your provider. If a payment is taken twice or an amount does not match what was quoted, the system flags it for review rather than confirming it — and you will see it in your approvals queue.
Where a paid plan applies, the price and billing period are stated at the point of purchase. You can cancel at any time and it stops at the end of the period you have paid for.
Ending it
You can stop using the service whenever you like and ask me to delete everything. I may suspend or end an account that is being used for the things listed above, or that is damaging the service for other tenants, and I will tell you why.
Liability
I do not limit liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law does not permit me to limit. Beyond that, and to the extent the law allows, my total liability to you is limited to the amount you have paid me in the twelve months before the claim. I am not liable for lost profits or lost business.
If you are a consumer rather than a business, your statutory rights are unaffected by anything in this section.
Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
Changes
If these terms change materially I will update the date above and, where you have an account, tell you.
Ask about these terms in plain English.
